The Citadel →Area grid B3 Return to the central Citadel and the landing described as labelled floor 2. Unlock the secondary control room, use its security cameras to open two fences, then climb one more level and cross to the loot cells. The creator says only one cell can be selected.
Use the separate Citadel South Wing exterior key, then operate the lever and cell-control button. Check the opened side room: the green key is on a desk beside two monitors. The creator already carried another copy. Observed in one edited deployment. Every-match availability is unverified; key uses, extraction persistence and mission prerequisites are unknown.
