MW4 DMZ Gun Store and Black Market Weapons Locker keys

Check the complete key name before choosing a destination. Gun Store Weapons Locker Key and Black Market Weapons Locker Key are separate entries. Their shared key-style artwork does not mean they open the same lock.

Which kit gives which key?

The level 19 Recon Equipment Kit contains the Police Station Key, not the Black Market key. Compare the reward level as well as the kit name. The Survival Kits guide explains opening kits and moving their contents into your loadout.

Prepare the key at the FOB

1. Visit Survival Kits and inspect the specific kit you earned.
2. Open it to transfer its contents into your Stash.
3. Find the exact key and move it into the loadout you will deploy with. A key left in the Stash cannot help with a field lock.
4. Read its current in-game description for an area, grid or entrance clue.
5. Open the Key Finder and select the matching entry to check available room links.

The Finder separates recorded room positions from wider location references. A parent-area marker is a search area, not proof of an exact entrance.

Find the Gun Store basement cabinets

The recorded Gun Store destination is three locked cabinets in a gun-store basement. Our map has two reference positions:

• Open Gun Store basement reference 1.
• Open Gun Store basement reference 2.

Choose a reference that fits your deployment route. On arrival, search the building for basement access rather than expecting the key to unlock every street-level door. Clear the approach and descend to the cabinet area, then read the lock’s required-key prompt before using your key.

If the prompt names a different key, stop and recheck the item. The three cabinets describe the room; this guide does not establish a universal number of uses per key or promise that one key opens all three without consumption. Follow the live prompt and inspect your remaining key afterward.

What is known about the Black Market key?

The Rare Black Market Weapons Locker Key comes in the level 46 Recon Equipment Kit. A recorded matching locker is inside a shop at Hanrim Village.

1. Enter the shop and walk behind its sales counter.
2. Go through the green double doors into the stockroom.
3. Find the green metal locker and read BLACKMARKET WEAPONS LOCKER – UNLOCK before using the key.

The Black Market key page links the wider Hanrim area. Its map link is an area reference, not an exact shop-door pin. The two Gun Store basement references above open a different kind of locker; use the Black Market shop route when that is the key you carry.

This is one observed destination. It does not establish every Black Market locker location, a guaranteed weapon reward or the number of uses remaining on your key.

Loot and leave

Before opening a room, leave inventory space for anything worth taking. Inspect weapon and item cards individually; the room label does not guarantee a specific weapon, rarity or cash return. Use keep, sell or craft priorities to avoid filling the backpack with items you do not need.

After looting, reassess the route to exfil. If your goal is a normal safe for Robbery, use the safes guide instead: a key-locked cabinet and a safe are different objectives.
