MW4 DMZ Counting Room Vault key: find the casino's main-floor door
Stay on the main floor for this key room. Silent Ledger's basement drill sequence is a different destination.
Jump to a section
Take the Counting Room Vault key to Heavenly Luck Casino in the key's F4 search area. Stay on the main floor and search behind the Cashier shopfront for the staff counting-room entrance. Confirm the Heavenly Luck Casino Counting Room unlock prompt and use the key; this is separate from the basement mission vault.
- Location: Heavenly Luck Casino
- Floor: main gaming floor
- Landmark: Cashier shopfront and staff area
- Different from the basement mission vault
Stay on the casino’s main floor and search behind the Cashier area. The Counting Room Vault key does not open Silent Ledger’s basement mission vault, even though both destinations are inside Heavenly Luck Casino.
Get the key ready before travelling
Operation Silent Ledger lists the key among its rewards. Use the Story Mission walkthrough if you still need to complete that mission.
Before the room visit, move the key from your FOB Stash into your deployed loadout. Read the complete name: Counting Room Vault. The casino also has a separate Vault Armory key, which points to underground parking.
The key’s F4 reference identifies the search area. Use the existing Counting Room map marker to plan your approach, then confirm the interior landmarks and door name in game.
An additional field pickup has been observed in an industrial locker on the Rice Mill catwalk route at Imjin Farmland. This is one recorded find, not a guaranteed recurring spawn. Silent Ledger remains a separate reward route.
Find the main-floor entrance
- Enter the casino and remain on the main gaming floor.
- Locate the Cashier shopfront and search the staff rooms behind it. Look around that area rather than taking the basement elevator.
- Find the counting-room entrance: a dark wooden door with keypad-style hardware and a fingerprint reader nearby.
- Read the interaction prompt. It should name HEAVENLY LUCK CASINO COUNTING ROOM.
- Use the unlock interaction with the matching key, then inspect the room and its containers.
The lock’s displayed name matters more than the appearance of its keypad. This is a key-room interaction, not a request to recover the numerical password from another mission.
Which casino destination do you need?
| Destination | Correct route or requirement |
|---|---|
| Counting Room Vault | Main-floor Cashier/staff area; Counting Room Vault key |
| Vault Armory | Underground parking; its separate Vault Armory key |
| Silent Ledger mission vault | Follow the mission’s generator, security and basement drill sequence |
If you are waiting beside the mission drill or searching the underground armory, return to the main-floor route for this key. If your goal is to finish Silent Ledger, follow its objective tracker rather than treating this optional key room as a substitute.
Loot without assuming a guaranteed reward
Search the containers actually present and inspect their item cards. A recipe or weapon seen in another run is not a guaranteed result from every opening. Leave backpack space before the visit and protect an important pickup in an eligible Secure Slot where available.
After looting, reassess the exfil route. For other unfamiliar locks, use the Key Finder and key-room guide. If the lock specifically asks for a mission code, use the keypad guide instead.
Quick questions
What floor is the Counting Room Vault on?
The main floor of Heavenly Luck Casino, behind the Cashier shopfront and staff area. It is not the basement Story Mission vault.
How do I get the Counting Room Vault key?
Operation Silent Ledger lists it as a mission reward. Check the current reward screen and prepare the key in your loadout before visiting the room.
Can I enter a keypad code instead of using the key?
The recorded door uses the named Counting Room Vault key and its unlock prompt. No universal numeric bypass is established here.
