MW4 DMZ keypad codes: find your mission's code and the right lock

Start with the exact objective and door prompt, not a number from a video. DMZ uses keypad passwords, mission-item code segments and named keys. They can look similar on screen but require different actions.

Shopping Hacks: finish the laptop step first

At NuriGO Mall, follow Hack Laptop at Encampment and let the analysis finish. Read the resulting digits in the objective tracker before travelling to mall security.

At the security keypad, compare the digits with your own tracker. A number from another run is an example, not a universal solution. If the objective still asks you to hack the laptop, return to that unfinished interaction rather than guessing combinations at the door.

Iron Citadel: recover all three parts

Inside the Chang-san Air Base bunker, reach the armory stage and collect the three keycode parts required by the tracker. Keep checking the recovered-part counter until the required set is complete.

Then return to the armory keypad and enter the completed code shown by your current mission. Do not assume that a desk shown in another player’s footage always supplies the same segment or digits.

Grid Assault: carry the segments through the whole sequence

Grid Assault is a different problem from typing a four- or six-digit door password. The recorded route takes you to Hanex Bank for the first segment and DBN Headquarters for the second, then requires compiling and uploading the code.

Continue to Broadcast the Kill Code and wait for Mission Complete. Possessing a segment or completing an upload does not substitute for the remaining mission actions. Follow the Grid Assault walkthrough when moving between the marked targets and terminals.

When the password still fails

1. Confirm which mission or Dynamic Op is active.
2. Check that its code-discovery step has completed.
3. Read every digit from your own tracker and use the marked keypad for that objective.
4. If the door requests a named key, use that key instead of searching for a numerical password.
