What it opens
Rice Mill →Area grid D8 Reach Rice Mill in Imjin Farmland and identify building 2 by its large exterior number. The roof route starts beside this building.
Climb the exterior pipe, then use the conveyor platform to cross onto the roof. Pause on a secure surface before lining up the next crossing.
Enter through the roof doorway. The stairs inside are broken: look up for the climbable wall edges instead of dropping into the gap.
Climb to the upper landing, follow the passage and read the lock name before opening the Scout Overlook.
