Reach the school door

  1. Find Deadtown and the Re-Education Center on your Tac-Map, then locate the school to the northeast. The key listing uses B7; use the building landmarks when approximate map grids disagree.
  2. Enter the school grounds through the main gate. The reported approach takes the stairs on the right to the upper level.
  3. Follow the outside walkway along the tiled wall and red railing. Check the second door on that approach.
  4. Look for a red wooden door with a dark glass inset. Read HAKSAN SCHOOL ARMORY on the lock before unlocking.

The upper level may be called the first floor or second story depending on the guide’s numbering. Going up one level from the entrance is the practical instruction; do not climb another floor merely because the labels differ.

Bring the right key

The key is reported as field loot. No guaranteed current pickup is established by the available evidence. Finding a key in a school container in one run does not turn that container into a dependable spawn. Check your storage before taking a trip only to open the armory.

The Re-Education Center Annex and Underground Propaganda Store Room are separate locks in the wider Deadtown area. Their keys do not identify this upstairs classroom.

What to search inside

Recorded and written room reports include weapon cases, lockers, equipment and crafting materials. Compare any weapons with your current loadout and check ingredients against your FOB needs before filling the bag. The exact inventory changes between visits.

A military locker has also yielded a Counting Room Vault key. That is a possible find, not a guaranteed reward for spending the Haksan key. If you obtain it, use the Counting Room guide for the separate casino trip.

Leave through the school route

As a practical precaution, keep someone watching the walkway while the room is searched. Recheck the stairs and courtyard before moving out; an area’s threat label is not proof that no other squad is present. Choose extraction over a second key-room detour when your bag already contains the ingredient you came for.

Quick questions

Which floor is Haksan School Armory on?

Go up one level from the school entrance and follow the red-railed outside walkway to the named red door.

Is the Counting Room key guaranteed inside?

No. It has been reported in a military locker, but room contents vary.
