Air Base bunker guide: mission card, Supreme Leader room and DRC

Exterior Critical; bunker Extreme · Three access items with different jobs · Use current mission codes and named locks

In short

Choose your destination before entering Chang-san Air Base. Mission access, a Supreme Leader bunker visit and the DRC locker are different plans. Carrying an expensive card does not make every door on the route usable.

The exterior is rated Critical and the bunker Extreme. Pack armor, healing, ammunition and an affordable replacement reserve. Reserve backpack space for a mission item or useful loot. Check your active exit before descending: a short surface distance can hide a much longer underground return.

Iron Citadel: follow the upgraded mission card

Select Operation Iron Citadel at Deploy. Search the marked card locations, follow the scans, upgrade the card at the marked server and collect the finished single-use Armory Card. Recover the three keycode parts and use the code in your own tracker. A six-digit value from another run is not a universal password.

Opening the armory is the middle of the mission. Keep the manifest, sabotage and aircraft objectives in view and finish the stated extraction. A separate SAM Side Op on screen is not evidence that every run has that same stage. The prison’s central Citadel is another location entirely.

Supreme Leader bunker: follow a reported approach

Check that your item is the Supreme Leader Access Card. Its B6 clue identifies an area, not a surveyed entrance. Written routes describe two approaches; do not splice their stair numbers together.

  • Southeast entrance account: ENTRANCE doors → right to shutter 01 → adjacent button → corridor with Korean lettering → first right → stairs toward the locked bunker.
  • Admin Complex No. 2 account: rear stairwell, reported as 02 → basement corridor → lower stairs → large white blast doors, with a card reader on the right.

These remain reported navigation leads. Confirm landmarks and the actual lock instead of using a map pin as proof. If the route no longer matches, return to a known position. Reports disagree on guaranteed Legendary loot, so inspect the crate and lockers without budgeting around a guaranteed gun.

Air Base DRC: reach the armory, then use its own key

The observed DRC locker route enters the armory during Iron Citadel, turns right, passes through a window and reaches the yellow-and-blue locker among the other lockers. “Right” is relative to that entrance. Match AIR BASE DRC WEAPONS LOCKER at the prompt. Its key acquisition is not verified here; neither the mission card nor the Supreme Leader card substitutes for it.

The named Air Base DRC locker is a separate interaction inside the armory area. Gameplay © Activision.

Leave with the result you came for

Before another room, compare ammunition, healing, objective inventory and the return route. For a mission, finish the tracker; for a loot trip, preserve the useful find and leave. An item disappearing, a code being rejected and an objective failing to count need different checks in the progress troubleshooting guide.

Quick questions

Is the Supreme Leader card the Iron Citadel mission card?

They are separate identities. Iron Citadel upgrades a mission card and assembles an armory code; the Supreme Leader card names another locked destination.

Does entering the armory open the DRC locker?

No. The named Air Base DRC Weapons Locker requires its matching key after you reach the armory area.
