- Your Armor slot fills with plates automatically when you infil.
- To bring more plates, use traits that expand armor capacity or an Armor Box Field Upgrade.
- Prestige asks for a Rare, Epic or Legendary plate carrier, depending on the tier.

The highest rarity known are Ultra: the 3-Plate Ballistic Gel Vest, the 3-Plate Helmet Armor Vest and the Tempered Armor Vest, which uses enhanced plates. Their exact stats have not been shown yet.
Can you craft armor in DMZ?
Yes. The 1-Plate Armor Vest (25 Synthetics, 25 Metals) and 2-Plate Armor Vest (50 Synthetics, 5 Reactive Metals) unlock at DMZ Level 2. The Tempered Armor Vest is also printable.
How do you get more armor plates?
Plates fill your Armor slot when you infil. Refill at Ammo & Armor Caches, drop an Armor Box, or use traits that expand armor capacity.
