The official announcement includes The Man Behind the Medal and Built to Endure. It lists the third episode, Calm. Forward. Relentless., as coming soon.
Activision says all of its net proceeds from the pack will go to the Call of Duty Endowment, which helps veterans find employment in the United States and United Kingdom. That statement concerns net proceeds, not the entire retail purchase price.
